Our Principles, Our Practices, and Our Approach - Coaching with CARE for Early Intervention Providers

As early intervention providers, now, more than ever, we need to anchor our beliefs, inform our practices, and reflect on how we approach our role and the role of families in Early Intervention. This interactive, web-based training is designed to provide the foundation of Coaching with CARE, a series of workshops for Service Coordinators, EI Providers, and the leaders and decision-makers who support their work with children and families. Three major components will be addressed in this foundational training: The Revised Illinois Early Intervention Principles; targetted DEC Recommended Practices; and the Coaching Approach as a way to link it all together, whether we are sitting next to a family in their living room, or we're supporting them during a mealtime routine remotely using technology. Stop by during a lunch break to catch up with colleagues and engage in this important conversation as we look forward to safely expanding our array of service options for children and families!
